Wen Chang for the Diamond Bar City Council on November 8, 2005
As
an immigrant from Taiwan in 1981, Wen Chang was honored to be elelcted
as your councilmember in 1997 and to serve as Mayor in 1999, 2002,
and 2005. As a team builder, he brought vision, managerial skill,
and people's voices to Diamond Bar City Hall.
Accomplishments:

flow and mitigate congestion
- Promote join-use
of school facilities

with residents

library construction fund to be determined by voters on ballot

Kmart shopping center, Coutry Hills Town Center, and to turn site
D into an economic driving force to improve quality of life and
City economy
